Please note that items in shopping bag are not confirmed purchases until check-out.
We apologise if we've run out of your preferred style. Do leave you contacts on the waiting list (click on 'waiting list') and we will notify you once the item is restocked.
You will receive a succession of emails from us about your purchases once your order has been successfully placed. If there is no email in your Inbox, please check your Junk Mail folder as sometimes emails from new sites may be misdirected. Alternatively, please add store[at]milkywayfamily.com to your safe-sender list to ensure that emails get delivered.
If for any reason the items you have purchased are sold out, we will notify you and issue you with an immediate refund or exchange.
Orders made on Friday will be processed and dispatched (upon successful payment) on the following Monday.
Do consider creating a user account with us for a better shopping experience. When you register an account, you will be able to view your order history, keep track of order statuses and enjoy a faster check-out process for future shopping sessions. To register for an account, simply click on 'REGISTER' at the top right hand corner of the home screen and fill in your details in the fields.
International customers: Please note that the amounts in the currency shown (converted from Singapore dollars) are for reference purposes only.
The actual amount that is charged to your account is subject to the fluctuating exchange rates determined by your credit card and bank.
We accept the following payment methods. Your order will be dispatched 1-2 working days once payment has been received.
PAYPAL (INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL CUSTOMERS)
We accept Credit and Debit Card payments via PayPal - a convenient and secure method of payment.You will not need a PayPal account to use the service - the process is easy and seamless.
Items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD).For International Customers, please note that the amounts in the international currency are estimates for reference and that the actual amount that is charged to your account is subject to the exchange rates of your credit/debit cards.
What to expect:
- During check out, you will be asked to verify and confirm your order as well as payment amount.
- You will then be directed to the payment gateway of PayPal to make your payment. Do have your credit/debit card at hand and follow the instructions by Paypal.
- Please be careful not to close the browser window when your PayPal transaction is being processed. This may result in your transaction not going through.
- An email will be sent to you once your payment has been received and your items have been dispatched.
- For international orders, a tracking number will be provided so that you can track your parcel.
BANK TRANSFER (LOCAL ORDERS ONLY)
You can choose to pay for your item(s) through transferring funds to our account. Our bank account information will be provided during check out.
Please update the details of your transaction within 24 hours of check out. (The link to update the details will be shown during check out. If you have closed the window accidentally, no worries --- you will be able to access the link in the order email that we send to you.
Without your payment details, orders will automatically lapse and your items will be released.
CASH ON DELIVERY (LOCAL ORDERS ONLY)
If you opt for this, we will contact you with details of your delivery. To facilitate the process, we seek your understanding in preparing the exact payment amount for our courier.
Please note that if you have changed your mind about the order upon delivery of the item(s), a $7 courier fee still applies.
